Ching Yan is not only one of the best kendama players in the world but she is also a young entrepreneur. In Hong Kong she runs 2000’s kendama shop. 2000’s shop is her way of getting Kendamas from around the world to the Hong Kong area. She also has her own 2000’s ken shape! when it came time to design her signature we figured “why not make it on the shape SHE designed?”. Just like that the project evolved into something more. The Tama design is based off Ching Yan’s distinct style. Specifically the iconic outfit that she wore during her 2024 KWC finals run where she was crowed best female player in the world. A white t shirt tucked into black pants with a splatter paint military belt and keys hanging from her belt loop. Combine that with the 2000’s ken shape she designed for her shop that she runs and you have a miniature Ching Yan in your hand!
